Fiona Brocklehurst   BSc (Hons), MSc, Chartered MCIPD, Fellow HERA

Fiona lectures in the area of mathematics, statistics and management science.  Having followed her first degree in Statistics and Management Science Techiques with a Masters in Human Resource Management, Fiona gained significant experience over a 15 year period delivering quantitative methods teaching to CIPD Diploma students in the UK and overseas in Guernsey and the Cayman Islands.  Additional teaching has included large group delivery of quantitative methods  and management science to  Undergraduate Accounting and Business Studies pathways students and small group work covering ‘Quality-related statistics’ to Campus-based and Distance Learning Postgraduate Strategic Quality Management Students.  Research interests include the delivery and enhancement of undergraduate teaching in Quantitative Methods.

Fiona has been Course Director for the MSc Strategic Quality Management for 4 years.  Her previous management/external work has included: Subject Group Leader for the Management Science Group, Course Leader for BA Accountancy Studies, Year 2 Tutor Undergraduate Accounting Pathways, International Tutor (Accounting Pathways) for overseas students and External Examiner for a UoP franchised degree in Greece and at London Metropolitan University.
