John lectures in the area of Project Management and Risk management and in the past has taught on several courses including Business Continuity Management, Contracts, procurement and Commercial management. He has provided advice and consultancy to industry and public sector organisations including Siemens Plessey, QinetQ, the CEGA group and Skandia UK.
His research interests include the development project and risk management of renewable energy and he has presented on these subjects at conferences in Athens, Milan and in the Oman.
John has been Course director for the MSc Project and Risk management programmes and also Course Leader for the MSc Training Management and Consultancy course.
