Sheena lectures in the area of strategy and has taught on a variety of courses at undergraduate and post graduate level.  She has undertaken various administrative and management responsibilities at Portsmouth Business School.  Sheena's research interest is in the role of emotion in organizations.  She has co-edited a book in the field of international business and has contributed supporting teaching materials to a range of strategy text books.
