Student Exchange Programme
The University of Portsmouth, Business School offers a Student Exchange Programme to any student from our Partner Institutions. You will have the opportunity to experience different cultures as you will be exposed to students from different cultural backgrounds. Aside from the academic benefits of the Student Exchange Programme the personal development and long term employability potential is invaluable. Educational you will have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge on global issues, enhance language acquisition and most importantly broaden your understanding on different cultural perspectives. A long term benefit of taking part in the student exchange programme is that most employers will look favourably upon the valuable experience gained whilst living abroad.
Prospective students that are interested in applying to take part in the Student Exchange Programme offered by the University of Portsmouth are required to complete an exchange application form which will be provided to them by their institutions’ exchange co-ordinator/advisor; you can use the guidance notes provided by your exchange co-ordinator/advisor as a guide. Whilst studying at the University of Portsmouth you are required to select 60 credits worth of units from our curriculum. All units studied on the PBS Exchange Programme (C2314F) must be chosen from the Curriculum Choice list. You are required to complete and return the Exchange Curriculum Choice Form to be completed by the application deadline. Please take into consideration the requirements given by your institution when choosing your units. All units must be approved by both your institution and the University of Portsmouth.
The Portsmouth Business School is recognised as a Centre of Excellence by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and offers a wide variety of degree courses in a modern working environment.
