A placement must satisfy the following 4 criteria.

1.   Be a fixed term contract of at least 12 month full time continuous employment.

2.   Be paid. The average UK placement salary is £15k pa.

3.   Have progression built in throughout the course of the year.

4.   Be a position of responsibility suitable for an undergraduate.

If you feel your role meets these requirements the next step is for you to email over a full and detailed job description (preferably in word format) and any other supporting documentation, e.g. Brochures, Case studies, Posters etc, to pbs.placements@port.ac.uk. Once we receive this your vacancy will be advertised to all our relevant students.
