Postgraduate Centre

The Postgraduate Centre is located on the second floor of Richmond Building (RB2.03). The Postgraduate Administration Team consists of 11 staff who are your main point of contact for our extensive portfolio of postgraduate programmes. You will initially meet the team throughout registration and induction, and by the time you graduate it is hoped that you would consider them your friends.

On a day-to-day basis, the team are responsible for data entry and maintenance of student records onto the University student records system, and staff are also able to advise on any aspect of postgraduate study, including the assessment and academic regulations, examination queries, option choices, timetables, extenuating circumstances, changes of personal information or any other issues, problems or queries you may have. If they cannot help, they will know who can.

Coursework is submitted to the Postgraduate Centre, and must be submitted by 4pm on the submission deadline. Once marked, assignments can be collected from the Centre on production of a valid student campus card.

Each course is assigned a specific course administrator, who will have a detailed knowledge of your particular course, but any of the staff will be more than happy to assist with queries.

Friday (term time): 0830-1615

Once you have registered as a student, you will also have access to the Postgraduate Administration Victory site, an online resource where you can find useful administration information such as handbooks, links to course regulations, past examination papers, extenuating circumstances guidelines and links to useful webpages.
