Law School's Involvement in International Publication Project

Professor AFM Maniruzzaman Chair in International and Business Law, School of Law and Mr Gary Born, Chair of the International Arbitration Group, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, London, an international law firm (with offices in London, New York, Beijing, Washington DC, Brussels, Frankfurt, amongst others) will act as co-editors (by invitation) for the publication of a special issue of Transnational Dispute Management (TDM) entitled “International Business Dispute Resolution by ADR in Asia” . The TDM special issue is due to be published in October / November, 2011. The focus of the special issue will be mainly on practical aspects of dispute resolution in Asia. Professor Maniruzzaman is also an associate editor of TDM. Co-editor Mr Gary Born has recently been honoured as “Advocate of the Year” by Global Arbitration Review. Both Professor Maniruzzaman and Mr Born sit on the Academic Council of the Institute of Transnational Arbitration, USA.
