Annual Best Paper Award goes to Birgit Schyns

The Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) & the European Journal of Work & Organisational Psychology (EJWOP) run an annual Best Paper Award on the topic of Leadership.
The award went to Dr Birgit Schyns, Tina Paul, Gisela Mohr & Hartmut Blank for their paper 'Comparing anantecedents & consequences of leader-member exchange in a German working context to finding in the US.'
