Dr Birgit Schyns received an award for her paper "The role of implicit theories in the performance appraisals and promotion recommendations of leaders," published in Equal Opportunities International.
It was selected as a Highly Commended Winner at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2007.
