Thesis summary

Dr. Chris Chapleo’s research interests are in marketing and branding in the non-profit sector, with a particular focus on branding UK universities (in which he completed his PhD by publication). He has published and spoken widely on aspects of education and charity branding, and is involved in ongoing consultancy projects in the sector. Prior to academia he held senior marketing roles in publishing and leisure, as well as higher education, where his interest in branding in the sector began.
