Unit Coordinator Change Request Form

 

Please complete the below form to change a Unit Coordinator on one or more units. The RSSA team will update the Unit Database accordingly and will notify you once this has been done. After the change has been confirmed, the new Unit Coordinator will show on the Unit Web Search.

Please be advised that the form will not work if you are using Internet Explorer as your internet browser. It should be viewed in Chrome only. Additionally you will also need to be logged into your email account using either Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser.
