Faculty Advisors
Responsibilities
- To provide a point of contact between the Faculties and Academic Registry for queries relating to the Student Record System and related matters
- Holding regular meetings with Faculty members to discuss current issues, highlighting actions necessary on students records at specific times of year and items needing preparation, maintaining communications between central and departmental support staff
- Supporting departments during the exam board period both during preparation for the boards and record amendment following the boards
- Supporting the implementation of Jupiter the new Student Record System and Juno the new Unit Management System
- Management of curriculum structures held in the Student Record System
- Testing validation reports and validating data held in the Student Record System with a particular focus on HESA reporting
- Supporting Central Registration and Graduation
