Graduation
The Academic Registry has overall responsibility for the coordination of Award Ceremonies. In particular the Graduation team...- Coordinates the process for inviting students and their guests to the ceremonies
- Provides students with essential information about the graduation process including details about the hiring of academic dress and the purchase of photographs and videos
- Records the details of all bookings received from students for attendance at the ceremony and for associated services eg graduation lunches
- Manages the allocation and distribution of student and guest tickets
- Coordinates the arrangements for students and guests with special needs and with the families of students to whom an award has been made posthumously
- Operates an enquiries service and a telephone helpline for students, guests and staff
- Produces the graduation programmes
- Coordinates the arrangements for the hiring of academic dress for staff
- Coordinates the arrangements for the invitation of faculty guests
