  • Coordinates the process for inviting students and their guests to the ceremonies
  • Provides students with essential information about the graduation process including details about the hiring of academic dress and the purchase of photographs and videos
  • Records the details of all bookings received from students for attendance at the ceremony and for associated services eg graduation lunches
  • Manages the allocation and distribution of student and guest tickets
  • Coordinates the arrangements for students and guests with special needs and with the families of students to whom an award has been made posthumously
  • Operates an enquiries service and a telephone helpline for students, guests and staff
  • Produces the graduation programmes
  • Coordinates the arrangements for the hiring of academic dress for staff
  • Coordinates the arrangements for the invitation of faculty guests
