Complaints

The Information Disclosure and Complaints Manager is responsible for:

  • operating the University's complaints procedures, involving complaints from both students and members of the public
  • offering advice to students and staff on the operation of the University's complaints procedures
  • monitoring, reviewing and, where necessary, revising the student complaints procedures
  • working with the Collaborative Programmes Office to ensure each partner institution has equivalent procedures for dealing with complaints
