The Academic Standards, Quality and Partnerships section provides central support and development in relation to the University's quality assurance framework.

Key areas of expertise and responsibility are:

  • Collaborative partnership arrangements

  • Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies

In supporting the above activities the team will:

  • provide professional expert advice and information to University colleagues, external bodies, partner organisations
  • develop and maintain corresponding policies, procedures and guidance documentation
  • manage academic committees
  • act as a central contact for external quality assurance activities and bodies
