Collaborative Programme Approval Process

Proposer Documents

PHASE ONE - Faculty Executive and Collaborative Partnerships Office

Below are the documents which the Proposer needs to complete in liaison with the Head of Department before submission to the Collaborative Partnerships Office through courseapproval@port.ac.uk Office. Once the proposal has been considered and supported by the Collaborative Partnerships Office, the updated documentation will be sent back to the Faculty for submission to Faculty Executive Commitee for Phase 1 consideration. Guidance notes are also included to assist the Proposer in completing the documentation.

The following flowchart will assist in identifying the correct form to use depending on the type of proposal but you should also discuss this with your Faculty Accountant prior to submission

PHASE TWO - Approval Committee

After Faculty Executive has approved Phase One, these documents need to be completed by the Proposer in liaison with the Head of Department. These documents need to be submitted to the Faculty Office within the agreed timescales. Guidance notes are also included to assist the Proposer in completing the documentation.
