Modifications and Closures
The process to be followed for existing courses, collaborative programmes, collaborative research degrees and courses with collaborative specific credit. For changes or withdrawals of current proposals, please use Form 95 which can be found on the relevant approval page.
The purpose of the requests for modification and closure/suspension is to provide detailed information about the request, to assist in determining whether the request should be approved (or whether a modification should follow the staged approval process), to ensure that appropriate measures are in place for those who may be affected by the request and to allow an audit trail to be maintained.
