The admissions module of Jupiter records enables the processing and tracking of all applicants who wish to study at the University.

• It provides detailed information to admissions staff in order for them to make decisions on applications.
• It records and transmits decisions to Clearing Houses and to applicants (via letters) and tracks application responses and results.
• It holds information on applications, which enables applicants to progress onto being students in the Student Record part of the University's record system via processes such as registration.
• It provides the baseline data for recruitment performance monitoring and tracking.
