HOT FORK BUFFET

A two course meal, with a hot main course, a choice of accompaniments & cold dessert.

This menu is served by a member of the events team. A bottle of Heartsease Farm sparkling presse 425ml per person is included.

£13.50 per person

Mains

* Hong Kong sweet & sour pork Batters pork pieces in a sweet & sour sauce

* Chicken Tikka masala Marinated chicken tikka thighs with tikka masala sauce

* Beef Bourgignon Slow cooked diced beef in a red wine, onions & tomato jus

* Fish pie topped with rosti potato Salmon, cod, smoked haddock & prawns with boiled egg in a seafood veloute topped with rosti potatoes

* Spanakopita pie (v) Classic Greek spinach, feta & pine nut filo pie

* Caponata Sicilian aubergine stew (v) Slow cooked diced aubergine, onion & tomato stew with Italian herbs

* Mangalore Malabar vegetable curry (v) Mixed vegetables in a coconut, ginger, garlic & curry sauce (medium hot)

Accompaniments – these will be chosen by the chef

French beans, Baton carrots, Green leaf salad, Steamed long grain rice, Creamy mashed potatoes, Boiled new potatoes, Garlic bread slices, Cauliflower cheese

Desserts

* Country house cheeseboard with celery, grapes, chutney & selection of crackers

* Frutti di Bosco (v)

* Treacle tart (ve)

* White chocolate fudge cake (v)

* Toffee & honeycomb cheesecake (v)

Minimum order 10 guests.

This is served on china only Price includes one main course items, one dessert & a bottle of Heartsease Farm sparkling presse per person (NB the Heartsease Farm drink is non-transferable)

How to book:

1. For events of 10 to 20 guests choose one main course & one dessert

2. For events of 20 or more choose two main courses & one dessert
