COLD FORK BUFFET

A two course meal with a cold main course and a cold pudding. This menu is served by a member of the events team. Fair trade tea and filter coffee is included.

Mains 

Option 1  Meat, Fish and Vegetarian NEW

Home baked honey & wholegrain mustard glazed ham with Piccalilli

Side of oak smoked salmon with a dill and mustard vinaigrette

Greek spinach and feta filo pastry pie (v)

Option 2  Two Meat and Vegetarian NEW

Chargrilled chicken breast slices in blue cheese dressing with crispy smoked bacon & avocado

Roast sirloin of beef with roasted cherry vine tomatoes and horseradish cream

Sweet pepper and cream cheese mille feuille with sweet chilli sauce (v)

Option 3  Two Vegetarian and Fish NEW

Roast Mediterranean vegetable plait with sour cream and chives (v)

Beef tomato stuffed with Moroccan rice with a balsamic glaze (v)

Cajun spiced salmon fillets

 All served with three fresh seasonal salads


Desserts

Pear and frangipane tart with clotted cream NEW CONTAINS NUTS

Strawberry Shortcake NEW

New York baked cheesecake with dark chocolate & orange sauce NEW

Country house cheeseboard with celery, grapes and water biscuits NEW

How to book:

1. Choose one option to suit your guests

2. For events of 19 or less choose one dessert

3. For events of 20 or more choose two desserts

Once you have made the booking via the online booking form, please email catering.events@port.ac.uk to advise of the pudding selection

Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking
