A two course meal with a hot main course and a hot or cold pudding.This menu is served by a member of the events team. Fair trade tea and filter coffee is included.

Tuna steak in tomato & black olive sauce with green beans & new potatoes NEW

Steak & local ale pie NEW or Chestnut mushroom, shallot & creamy stilton pie (v) NEW
Served with roast potatoes & swede & carrot mash

Chicken Chasseur (tomato, white wine, tarragon & mushroom sauce)
Served with new potatoes & minted garden peas NEW

Cumberland sausage ring NEW or Rosemary & red onion sausages (v) NEW
Served with red onion gravy & colcannon

Chicken & mushroom risotto NEW or Chunky Mediterranean vegetable risotto (v) NEW
Served with mixed rustic bread, green salad & pepper salsa

Spiced apple crumble with custard NEW

Bread & butter pudding with pouring cream NEW

Caramelised orange cheesecake NEW

How to book:

1. For events of 15 or less choose one main course and one pudding

2. For events of 16 or more choose two main courses and two puddings

Once you have made the booking via the online booking form, please email catering.events@port.ac.uk to advise of the menu selection
