Equality Objectives
The University of Portsmouth is pleased to have published it Equality Objectives 2012-2015 (.pdf). This has replaced its previous Equality Scheme 2010-2013.
The document highlights the University's key equality and diversity objectives, derived using local and national drivers, evidence of need through data collection, data analysis and relevant research.
The objectives are grouped into 7 key areas of activity:

- Data
- Structure & Process
- Staff
- Students
- Learning & Teaching
- Community
All objectives will be reported on annually in the Equality Annual Report (commencing Annual Report 2013 to be published in March 2013) and a full review and update of the Equality Objectives will take place every two years.

- Anti-Bullying and Harassment Policy (.pdf): This policy replaces the bullying, harassment and intimidation code, the sexual harassment code and the racial harassment code and covers racist, sexist and homophic bullying
