All requests for assistance should in the first instance contact the Helpdesk.

This will allow the Campus Environment Team to make best use of resources and materials ensuring your needs are met, when and where you want them.

Please remember it is rather easy to misinterpret, or even forget at a busy moment a message you have just received. Using the email system gives both yourself and the Environment Team a record of exactly what your requirements are and when and where you want it to happen.
