Guest tickets

Guest tickets must be paid for as soon as possible. 

 

Further guest tickets, in addition to these four, may be purchased, if available, once the general sale of guest tickets begins on 10 June 2013. If we are unable to provide you with the number of tickets you have requested we will notify you of this as soon as possible after 8 May 2013.

To pay for tickets you can:

  • Come in to University House in person (finance is open between 10am and 2pm Monday-Friday)
  • Send a cheque made payable to 'University of Portsmouth' to Graduation Office, University House, Winston Churchill Avenue, Portsmouth, PO1 2UP. Please note, payments for guest tickets are only refundable when tickets are not available for the relevant ceremony or when a student is unsuccessful. Refunds are automatically provided if additional ticket requests cannot be fulfilled. Unsuccessful students should contact the Graduation Office to request a refund for tickets.

Once ceremonies have commenced, extra tickets (if available) may be purchased at the Spinnaker Sports Centre on the day.

Additional Requirements

In order for the University to help make your graduation day as enjoyable as possible, please notify us of any special requirements that you or your guests may have by completing the relevant section of the booking form. The University will make every effort to accommodate such needs as far as is reasonably possible within the constraints of the ceremony and its location. Please include as much information as you feel is appropriate - this will be treated in confidence.
