Comments and Concerns Health and Safety

Lynda Martin in Health and Safety is the adminstrator for this package.  Any comments you enter and the Display Screen Equipment concerns you have are reviewed by Lynda.  You, as the individual need to take responsibility for resolving your Display Screen Equipment concerns; and this needs to be recorded within the package. If you are unable to resolve any concerns yourself you should then discuss them with your immediate line manager in the first instance. Again actions need to be recorded within the package.   If no action can be taken, this fact should also be noted.  If your manager is unable to resolve concerns then you or they may contact the next relevant department, eg IS, Health and Safety or Occupational Health.
