Fire Risk Assessments

Laura Sayers, from the Health and Safety Office is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of Fire Risk Assessments of University Buildings.

 

Temporary Fire Risk Assessments

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 any changes or failures to our fire detection and warning systems, even though they are temporary, should be covered in our Fire Risk Assessment. A temporary Fire Risk Assessment is to be completed showing the control measures the University has in place to ensure the safety of the occupants.
