This session is provided in addition to the following core eLearning packages, which are a pre-requisite of attending this session:

- Equality and Diversity in the workplace
- Unconscious Bias
- Anti Bullying Harassment

The session aims to further explore these areas, supporting managers in delivering an inclusive workplace for their staff where all are treated with dignity and respect. 

The aims & objectives of the workshop are to:

  • Explore further aspects of Equality and Diversity
  • Explore  further aspects of Dignity and Respect
  • Understand the responsibilities of everyone with both the Dignity and Respect policy and the Equality and Diversity Policy Statement
  • Identify how to create an inclusive working environment
  • Explore Bias and Micro Behaviours
  • Taking a lead in changing workplace culture
  • Resolving issues at a local level
  • What to do when things go wrong and where to find support and guidance

Apart from completion of the core eLearning packages (links provided above) which are a pre-requisite of attending this session, please can you also read the Dignity and Respect Policy
