Support for all staff
Change can affect people in many different ways and Supporting Positive Change aims to support all levels of staff involved in change initiatives.
- Our Occupational Health Department can advise and support where an individual’s health and well-being may be affected by change.
- The Employee Assistance Programme can offer you support, information and advice on a range of change issues, you can also call and talk in confidence to one of their telephone Helpline advisors.
- The Organisational Change, Redeployment and Redundancy Policy (OCRR) sets out the University’s approach to dealing with organisational change that may lead to a reduction in employee numbers.
