Effective Recruitment and Selection

This training aims to promote a systematic approach to the recruitment and selection of staff that is informed by the principles of equality of opportunity, including all relevant University policies. The course is targeted only at academic, research and support staff who are already, or will shortly be regularly involved in the process of recruiting and selecting staff. The training leads to 'Trained Interviewer' status and is offered over the course of one and a half days or over three consecutive half-days.
