The Grievance Procedure
Target Audience
This MIB will be delivered to managers at all levels who may be involved at different stages of the process by which Grievances are received, investigated and heard.
Outline
This MIB will ensure that participants are clear when staff can invoke the Procedure and are familiar with all its key features. The overall aim is to ensure that all Grievances are considered, documented and decided in a demonstrably fair and efficient manner.
The aims of the workshop are:
- Clarify the details of the procedure.
- Provide an opportunity to share good practice and clarify roles and responsibilities.
Learning Outcomes:
- Attendees will have a clear understanding of the grievance procedure and its practical implications.
- Have refreshed their knowledge of good practice when investigating and documenting grievances.
Format
This MIB will combine structured input with group activities, feedback and discussion
