Outline
A short (2hour) interactive workshop providing individuals with some key skills and tips in how to approach challenging communication arenas with more confidence.
The aims of the workshop are:
To provide delegates with the confidence to contribute effectively and with impact in meetings, working or project group environments and the workplace in general.
Learning Outcomes:
- Improved confidence in communicating with others
- Recognition of the barriers to effective communications & how to overcome them
- Ability to manage your own state when communicating
