To provide background information on the student complaints procedure and the process of making a complaint.
The aims of the workshop are:
- To clarify the purpose of training
- To explain the background to the complaints procedure and any revisions
- To show who can use the complaints procedure
- To illustrate the 4 stages of the complaints procedure
- To clarify what part all staff play in the procedure
Learning Outcomes:
- To be aware of how the student complaints procedure works
- To understand the types of complaints received by the University
- To know what part each member of staff can play in handling complaints
