Debbie Woudman, a Consultant with the Learning Consultancy Partnership, has over 20 years experience working with blue chip organisations and her background spans organisational change and transformation, as well as leadership development.  Prior to entering consultancy in 2005, she led the human resources function for Travel then European Technologies divisions of American Express; developing HR strategies to enable a number of ground breaking commercial deals for outsourcing / insourcing, as well as successfully implementing a major acquisition for the company. As a direct result of Debbie's coaching interventions and focus on leadership development her clients have experienced significant positive shifts in employee engagement and productivity.  Her track record demonstrates her ability to deploy practical solutions, focusing on the criticality of leader enablement and engagement during terms of substantial change and business growth.
