Michelle Hay, a Consultant with Learning Consultancy Partnership, has extensive management experience gained over 20 years across numerous industries and blue-chip organisations.  Her background spans operations, lean implementations, organisational change as well as employee and management development.  Over the last five years Michelle's work has been recognised with 2 National Training Awards, A Manufacturer of the Year award, Business Improvement Awards and achievements against the IiP standards to name but a few.
