Mike Ketcher - Fusion
Mike Ketcher started Fusion in 1990 after managing a residential training centre in Anglesey for ten years. Mike has developed training events for organisations ranging from a multi-cultural event for the senior executives worldwide in Thomas Cook to teambuilding for Sussex County Cricket Club! Mike's approach is to use practical, hands-on experiential learning techniques to facilitate development and help teams and individuals tap into their hidden potential. He has run workshops on managing change, creativity and innovation for Microsoft, Powergen, Bae Systems and Volvo; also team and leadership development at Warwick and Aston Business Schools.
