RIGHT MANAGEMENT

Right Management offers a FREE, CONFIDENTIAL helpline which provides unlimited access to advice, information and telephone or face-to-face counselling where appropriate.

The service is designed to help individuals deal with a range of problems, no matter how big or small, which may affect their personal lives or performance at work.

HOW DOES THE SCHEME WORK?
The scheme is initially accessed via a freephone helpline, staffed by specially trained advisers, who can be contacted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, as many times as necessary.  Callers to the helpline are given unlimited support, advice and information to help deal with their concerns.

This service can be used for a wide range of problems, both work and non-work related.

ACCESSING THE HELPLINE
When you telephone the number at the top of this page, the qualified adviser who answers your call only needs to know the name of the sponsoring organisation and in some cases, your department – your name can be withheld if you wish.  If however, you go on to face-to-face counselling or require legal, debt or money management advice, the telephone adviser will need your personal details to progress this.

Whenever you have a concern or issue, however large or small, the Right Management helpline is on hand to help – in private and at no cost to you.  They are specially trained to help you with:

o   Work or career related problems
o   Personal or emotional problems
o   Legal information
o   Relationship or family problems
o   Alcohol or drug problems
o   Sexual problems
o   Stress
o   Financial/Tax Advice
