Guidance on working at or visiting the University of Portsmouth for non UK/EEA nationals

The attached guidance incorporates UK Border Agency requirements, which need to be followed, in relation to either new/existing staff or for the engagement of non-working visitors who are not UK/EEA nationals. 

These are extensive as failure to adhere to them could impact on the University’s Highly Trusted Sponsor status for staff and our ability to sponsor international students.
