Essential information and forms for recruiters

The Recruitment and Selection Policy sets out the procedure that Human Resources and recruiting managers are required to follow in the event of recruitment of staff to the University. It outlines the responsibilities and duties of the parties to recruitment and it also identifies sources of support and guidance for employees and managers.

For recruiting managers, we have also included below details of our recruitment processes, advertising deadlines, recruitment forms as well as updates on best practice processes, as well as practical advice on all aspects of recruitment activity.
