Recruitment process

Guidance note

Following the assessment of the ringfence, if there is no suitable candidate the Employee Requisition Form will be forwarded to staff in Purple Door who have current access to students and graduates who may be seeking temporary or casual employment.

Contract process

Following completion of the above mentioned process, all newly recruited casual staff must complete the following set of forms and return them to their Department in order for a Contract of Employment to be issued:

  • Casual Employee, HESA & EO form (HR005)
