Survey provider - Capita People Development

Since 2001, the University has conducted five staff surveys. The 2004 and 2007 surveys were conducted by an external consultancy called Priority Research. Capita People Development conducted the surveys in 2009 and 2011 and have secured the contract to conduct the 2013 survey.

Capita People Development Survey Unit is a leading survey, HR research and consultancy organisation that has supported more than 40 other Higher Education institutions to undertake staff surveys and use the results to bring about improvement.
