In the role of Education Liaison and Outreach Project Officer (Evaluations) Pippa helps colleagues in the Juniors, 11-16 and post-16 teams with their outreach events locally and nationally. When not working with schools/colleges Pippa is involved in data collection and analysis to track the outreach work done by ELOT, as well as monitoring the number of activities run and their relative impact against the University’s OFFA Agreement targets. 

 

Prior to working at the University of Portsmouth, Pippa completed an MPhys Physical Geography degree at the University of Hull and went on to work for a company contracting to the Environment Agency around the South Coast. After moving into lecturing in Geography in Chichester, and a short spell in an accounts team at a recruitment company, Pippa came back to work in education in October 2012 at the University of Portsmouth as part of ELOT.
