Profile

As Internal Communications Manager I am responsible for the main channels and messages to staff and our current students, including maintenance of the Staff Essentials and LookUP websites. In this new role I will be evaluating our current internal communications activities and making recommendations for developments based on audience need and best practice.

My previous roles within the University have included managing the webteam and project managing the production of one of the undergraduate prospectuses. I am also a member of the Support Staff Association and I help the Staff Social Club to promote their activities to staff.

My background is corporate communications within the defence and aerospace industries, but I find the University a much more interesting and challenging environment.
