Planning Department

The Planning Team report to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor.  We focus on:

Strategic Planning

• Supporting Directorate in leading effective University strategic planning.
• Introducing enhanced approaches to monitoring the strategic plan.

Management Information

• Providing strategic management information and analysis.

Annual Planning Processes

• Leading annual planning processes, including student target setting and contributing to budget development.
• Contributing to development and implementation of the Home/EU recruitment strategy.

Bidding

• Leading teaching-related bids for the University, including bids for Additional Student Numbers.

Responsibility for student funding returns has transferred to Academic Registry from 2010.
