Help with PDF files

PDF files are the standard file format used for supplying documents or images as files suitable for copying and printing. This file format ensures nothing is 'lost in translation' between your original source file and the digital print process.

Most applications developed by key software manufacturers such as Adobe, Apple and Microsoft now have 'Save as PDF' as part of their 'Save As' options.

However if your application does not have this ability we suggest you use a simple PDF creator application. One of these is Cute PDF, which is available on the University's system from where you can install it yourself.

To install Free Cute PDF instructions
