How to submit your work
Use our online store
All of your print requirements for your coursework are available on our online store here.
This allows you to avoid all the queues and get your high quality printing produced from the comfort of wherever you are. You only have to visit the service once to collect your printed and packaged work.
All you need to do to use the online store is to allow 48-hours from when you order*.
Important: The online store is the quickest route for your production at hand-in times.
We do operate a 'Drop-and-Go' service for those of you not using the online store. This enables you to visit our reception and complete a print requisition by hand, with your work to be supplied in pdf format on a USB stick for submission. (This will be kept with your job during the production process and returned to you when you collect and pay for your work.) We will call you when your work is ready to collect.
Please note that all orders received through our 'Drop-and-Go' service are subject to turnaround times set daily. While it is aimed that maximum turnaround times are kept in line with the online store, at peak times our 'Drop-and-Go' turnaround times may extend beyond this.
Did you know we produce everything from business cards to building wraps and everything in between?
Check out our latest Guide for Products and Services and come and see us in Anglesea Building – our experienced staff will be able to help with all of your different printing requirements.
Please note: We request that you provide your printing documents or artwork in PDF format only. You will find that most applications that you use will be able to save your file type as pdf format. However, if you are experiencing problems, please see the section on the left on how to save your document as PDF format.
(*72-hours for hard bound thesis.)
To submit your work for printing or copying, simply download the requisition form below, complete all the fields in Excel format and email it with a PDF of your work to email@example.com.
Note: If you only have hard copy to copy from, you can either scan it using one of the many departmental multi-functional printers (MFPs) and email it to us with your completed requisition form or complete the requisition form, print it out and send it to us by internal mail with your work. Obviously once it is scanned we can return this to you should you wish to reprint this in the future.
Don't forget to complete the requisition form number (available from your financial administrator), cost centre code and required delivery date allowing at least five working days from receipt of completed form.
