We have an approved supplier base of experienced photographers to meet the requirements of any Department or Faculty event.
We will make the booking with the supplier and ensure they are made fully aware of the brief they are there to fulfill. We will also supply you with the relevant image consent/data protection forms for completion as part of your booking.
To book a photographer please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone ext. 3368 to discuss your requirements. Once we have agreed your booking we will email you a confirmation of the details for your reference.
Minimum charges apply for photography booking as it is usual for suppliers to charge for at least two hours' work regardless of the length of the shoot. This charge covers travel, set-up and other pre and post-production work.
Where the photographic requirement is mainly for internal purposes (Communicator magazine, intranet webpages or as a memento of an event with limited external news or promotion value), you could consider using a digital camera to record the event yourselves.
