Make a donation
There are a number of different ways that you can give a gift to the University of Portsmouth:
Regular gift
When you give a gift to the University you are investing in the future of higher education in Portsmouth and by giving regularly you are allowing us to plan for our future with more certainty. If you would like to give in this way, please download a Standing Order Form (.pdf).
Credit or debit card
We appreciate that setting up a regular donation can be a big commitment. If you would like to make a one-off donation you can do so online using a credit or debit card. Alternatively you can download a Donation Form (.pdf).
Cheque or Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Voucher
Please make your cheque or CAF voucher payable to 'The University of Portsmouth' and send it to us with your completed Donation Form (.pdf).
Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer the University of Portsmouth is able to claim back the basic rate of tax on your donation at no cost to you. Please fill in the relevant box on the Donation Form (.pdf).
Please note, in order to qualify for Gift Aid you must pay an amount of UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that the charity reclaims on your donations in the appropriate tax year.
