EDM - Added Functionality
This page is a resource guide for existing EDM users, showing you the extra functionality that has been made available since your were briefed and trained. Please note: the links on this page will take you into EDM. This means they can only be viewed by EDM users and you may be asked to enter your user ID and password. Quick Parts - added Sept 2012
Quick Parts provide the ability to quickly add a variety of useful information to Microsoft Word documents; many of the fields such as document date and page number are available as part of the standard Microsoft package, however for documents that have been uploaded to Objective it is possible to add additional Objective specific metadata fields including version numbers, objective folder paths and document owner information. All Quick Part fields automatically update to reflect changes made to the document.
