Profile
I was born in Zimbabwe and raised and educated in South Africa, in English and Afrikaans-speaking institutions. I did my degree by distance learning and was ordained to the Priesthood in 2000.
In South Africa, I worked as a Youth Pastor and a Parish Priest, in both incredibly wealthy and impoverished communities, before moving to the UK in 2002.
In the UK, I spent time at the College of the Resurrection in Mirfield, before taking up a post as a Parish Priest in Berkshire. After that, I took up the post as Senior Chaplain at Southampton Solent University, before taking up the post as Anglican Chaplain here at the University of Portsmouth.
I enjoy travelling, love a good Terry Pratchett or Neil Gaiman novel, am a self-confessed caffeine junky, and I love eating good food and trying new foods.
