The University Counselling Service offers a wide range of help and support for students. The Service is aware that different people find different things useful when they are experiencing difficulties, so we provide an array of options such as: extensive self-help materials, links to relevant and reliable interactive websites, group work, individual counselling, and information about other support services. Lots of students use the Service for a wide variety of reasons.
